Why can't I just use Outlook to send my emails?
Sending large amounts (1000+) of emails from an ordinary account is not advisable because:
- Other servers could interpret your mailings as spam and blacklist your domain
- Your ISP may charge for or even block the extra bandwidth usage
- Outlook is not designed to handle large volumes of emails
- Any problems with your network or PC could prevent the entire batch being sent
- Outlook does not include the ability to automatically handle unsubscriptions (which must be allowed by law)
How much does the service cost?
Of course prices will vary according to how much you use the service and how complex your templates are to setup. However, a typical cost would be £30 per month for a user sending less than 1000 emails and uploading their own HTML emails. Please contact us for more accurate pricing, there are large reductions for increased email quotas.
Do unused emails from my monthly quota "roll-over" to the next month?
Unfortunately no, unused emails will be lost at the end of the month.
