How it works

You have 3 ways to create your campaigns:

1. Easy-to-use Template

This is the simplest way to create your campaigns. Choose from your selection of custom-designed templates and just fill out the relevant text areas of the email. You could use a simple "eflyer" design for a one-off event or a much larger "newsletter" design to provide your subscribers with a range of information on a monthly basis. The campaigns will be completed in minutes!

2. Online Design

For the more advanced user. Design and build your campaigns entirely online with our Browser-based HTML editor. Standard buttons for HTML tags available, as well the option to hand-write your HTML wherever necessary.

3. Upload your own design

For web design experts only! Create your HTML email using whatever software (e.g. Dreamweaver) or method you prefer. Once complete, simply upload your .htm file and choose the mailing list to send to.

Mailing lists

You can keep multiple lists of names and email addresses within Mailbloom. Each list can be appended or overwritten at anytime using your own lists from whatever source. You can even download the complete lists or just the unsubscriptions in order to keep your own system up-to-date!

Subscriptions and registrations

Invite new users to join a mailing list on your website using a simple link. Their details will be added to your chosen list within your Mailbloom account.

Email Quotas (bandwidth)

Each month users are allotted a quota of emails (as multiples of 1000) which they can send from their Mailbloom account to any of their mailing lists. The quota is paid for in advance. You can increase or decrease your monthly quota at anytime but changes will only take effect at the start of the next month.
